In celebration of Read Across America Day and Dr. Seuss’s birthday, the Youth Services department at Fort Bend County Libraries’ Sienna Branch Library, 8411 Sienna Springs Blvd. in Missouri City, will present a special Seuss-ical storyteller, Glenn Ray Little, on Saturday, Feb. 26, beginning at 10 a.m., in the Large Meeting Room of the library.
